Reset Button! How to Get Our Bodies Back on Track!

We live in difficult times right now. So much around us has changed and those changes have caused us all to change our routines, habits, moods, level of activity and more! Have you slept in because you could and no where to go? Have you stopped exercising or you barely move around during the day? Are you binge watching shows for hours every day? Have you found yourself going to the kitchen out of boredom, buying foods you normally wouldn't eat and eating more than usual?

It is time to hit the RESET BUTTON! Let's reset our bodies and mind today.


First
